Spadefoot and Natterjack Toad are quick to flit from one obsession to another, but their latest fascination with motor cars just might be a hop too far. Chief and the rest of the sinister Wildwooders plan to use this distraction to their advantage as they attempt to take over Toad Hall. Will Mole, Ratty, Otter, and the Badgers be able to stop them?
