"Welcome to the wonderous Emerald City, home to the great and terrible Oz."

After a cyclone whirls her away to the magical land of Oz, Dorothy is determined to return to Kansas and her Uncle Henry and Aunt Em. The Wonderful Wizard of Oz appears to be the only being who could possibly help and along the way, Dorothy meets the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion who are in desperate need of his help too. The new friends must battle the Wicked Witch of the West and her Flying Monkeys if they want to please the Wizard and get Dorothy back home.

Join us as we journey down the yellow brick road to this whimsical world of fantasy.

Miniver Academy is a local after school theatre club for children and young people. They meet weekly at the Peel Centre in Dronfield on Tuesdays and Thursdays and they are looking forward to putting on this theatrical production.
